Sahaja is a Sanskrit term which translates to ‘spontaneous enlightenment’. It can be experienced through creative and intuitive movements and activities such as physical yoga, dance, art, journaling and meditation. Through Sahaja Yoga, you can achieve a state of meditation known as thoughtless awareness or state of flow. In this state, you experience and enjoy the present moment without any distractions from the past or future. Your consciousness works in flow with your inner energy. Being in this state makes you peaceful and balanced, while allowing you to explore your inner Self and divine power.

Mona
Mona has been a yoga teacher and fitness instructor based in Vienna for the past seven years. She has always been drawn to movement and sports as a way of expressing herself and connecting with her endless energy and creativity. As one of the youngest fitness instructors in Vienna, Mona published an article in a popular sports magazine about the link between physical activity and mental health. At the age of eighteen her passion for the mind-body connection brought her to Bali, Indonesia, where she became a certified yoga teacher and discovered her love for yoga as a way to form a deeper connection with herself. Her study went further when Mona attended a Vipassana meditation retreat and found a love for who she was in the silence of meditation. Upon returning to Vienna, Mona established a yoga & fitness brand, where she shares with students both the physical benefits of yoga and its application to living a happy and healthy life. Mona believes yoga is about moving intuitively and freeing ourselves of limitation so that we can grow into the happiest, brightest, and most authentic version of ourselves.
Naoise
Naoise comes from Ireland and has been fascinated by Yoga from a young age. Exercise has always been a huge part of her life and a degree in Sport Science has given her a deeper understanding of human anatomy and movement. As her practice evolved, she realised the physical benefits of Yoga are merely a small part of what this practice teaches us. Her philosophy is that yoga is not about the pursuit of perfection or achieving that ‘perfect pose’, but an inward journey of self-discovery. Naoise’s favourite style to teach is ‘Vinyasa Yoga’, including fluid sequences and fun combinations to help her students move freely and find their edge.


Sofía
Sofia was born and raised in Mexico. Her way of living yoga is as a tool to awaken, through movement, stillness, meditation and introspection. She practices and teaches vinyasa yoga, her classes are fluid, energetic and introspective.
She will guide you so you can explore yourself in a safe, loving, and fun way. She has the philosophy of enjoying life in order to understand it.
Her studies include: nutrition, pedagogy, 500 hours in yoga, 100 hours in meditation, movement, reiki, tarot and enneagram.
